Where did the summer go ~ and more alpha pieces for you :)

It's already July 28th! That's crazy! I'm down to only 2 more weeks before my next school year starts, and I want it to be June 1 again! The teachers in Katy start back on August 13, and I'll be presenting to the other teachers at an inservice on the 14th, so I sort of need to be ready before then. lol

Let's see what I want to do before the summer's up...

• go swimming a lot
• clean out another closet and my kitchen cabinets
• get materials and lessons ready for the first few weeks
• go set up my classroom (moved rooms in May so have a lot to do yet)
• hang out with my sweet hubby ~ a lot!
• have lunch with my retired friends (I'm so jealous!)
• watch some of the TV shows I've been recording
  
• finish doctor appointments - yuck!
  
• design, design, design!

I got my bedroom closet cleaned out today and am so proud that the shoes are actually off the floor! Go, me! My husband, the neat freak, just laughs at me.

I just made a layout tonight of my sweet little girl when she was still little...

She carried this little musical elephant around by the ear from the time she could crawl. I wish I still had it for her, and I wish I could have her this little again. Actually, I guess I need 2 of her since I love knowing the young lady she is now as well.
