The Joys of Getting Older lol ~ and Alpha Section 3

Oooooo Someone tell this old lady that she shouldn't be doing so many laps freestyle! A nice steady breaststroke usually does it, but I went a bit overboard yesterday. Today was almost over before I realized why I was so stiff and sore. Goodness!

Then I had a visit from a friend who's been undergoing chemo treatments for several months. She's at the point of laughing about her pretty bald head, and I was struggling to walk right. We had a good laugh at ourselves.
