Winner for my New Summer Kit Announced!

Thank you all so much for giving me suggestions for my newest summery kit! I'm amazed at the creativity of everyone and the willingness to help. :) I really do appreciate it and have chosen a winner.

The kit's the one with the popsicles in it, and it'll be a special kit to go along with an event at Gotta Pixel in July, so it won't be revealed just yet. I have a kit in my stores now that's coordinating with this one, and it's called Flip Flop Summer, so it seems fitting to call this one Popsicle Summer. Dianalyn, you'll be receiving my new kit for FREE as soon as it's finished! Thank you for your name suggestion!

I'd also like to give each of you who have offered suggestions a little thank you. Congratulations, Graduates!

We all have graduation photos ~ some older than others :), so let's pull out those photos and strut your stuff! I need to find mine from 1970 and '73 and '75. Gosh! That was a long time ago, but the pics would make some fun pages. My high school's colors were green and white, college was red and white, and when I got my Master's, we all wore black. Then my kids graduated from a blue high school and an orange university. Add my dh's colors in the mix, and we just about need every color in this set. lol What were your colors?

New in my stores are my For the Graduate sets ~ a full collection with 10 colors of elements, and individual sets just in case you only need one color. Here's a look at the full collection and one of the color sets. Check out all the other at Gotta Pixel and at Digitals.

I really had a lot of fun making this kit! The rain and water papers and the one with wooden planks and pegs ~ so cool! Then I played with characters for about 2 weeks straight. It was so much fun to get to the smallest parts and then see if I could make them look cute and real ~ sorta ~ at the same time. I find that little touches make a lot of difference. The shine on Noah's head, the slight pink of his cheeks, and the added toenails helped bring him to life. What's funny is that I think I'm finished with a character, and then I look at him again the next day, and tweak the layers some more.
